Lesser Grey Shrike (Lanius minor)

Scarce vagrant with one or two birds turning up on an annual basis. Slightly smaller than the Great Grey and with proportionately larger head / deeper stout bill. Just one encounter to date - the the Leiston (Suffolk) bird of September 2013. These crops are suitable for web use or smaller images
