Little Gull (Larus minutus)

The smallest Gull, not just inh the UK but the world! May be seen Spring or Autumn on migration when even Shropshire can turn up a bird! Adults have a distinctive black underwing and juveniles are somewhat similar to juv Kittiwake but with plumage shade differences and different flight manner.
