Red Kite (Milvus milvus)
In Shropshire terms, a breeding bird now and regularly seen in the south of the County with records just about anywhere else! Unmistakable with it's size, plumage and characteristic forked tail. I've restricted this selection to images taken at Gigrin, they are wild and free and the sheer numbers present unparalleled opportunities for photography.
