Ring-billed Gull (Larus delawarensis)

North American vagrant gull which can turn up at coastal or inland locations. Resembles a large Common Gull but the bill band is broader and clear cut - especially with adult birds. The plumage upperparts are distinctly paler than Common Gull too.
